Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Atomix for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Keep your sign-in secure — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at atomixai.support@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

• Building and changing products uses credits. You see what a build or change will cost before you send it, and a build that does not come out costs nothing.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Max) are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Razorpay. Each month adds that plan’s credits; plan credits that are unused when the plan renews or ends expire.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases; their credits never expire. Free credits are given once per account.
• Prices are shown before you pay — in Indian rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere — and include the taxes shown at checkout. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice; launch prices stay locked for your first year on a plan.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation policy.

The products you create with Atomix — your content, data and the code generated for you — belong to you. Atomix itself, including its components and designs, belongs to us; we give you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the parts of it included in your products, for as long as you use those products. On plans that include code export, you may take that code with you and run it anywhere.

You are responsible for your products and their content, and for having the rights to anything you upload or ask Atomix to use.

Do not use Atomix to build or publish anything that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful, or helps others do harm;
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
• impersonates a real person or organisation, or collects passwords or payment details under false pretences;
• spreads malware, spam or abuse;
• tries to break, overload or get around the limits and security of Atomix.

We may refuse a request, take down a published product, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Atomix uses AI models to build and change products. Their output can contain mistakes. Review your product before you rely on it or share it — especially anything legal, financial, medical or safety-related. Atomix does not give professional advice.

When you connect another service — a database, a payment provider, an email account — that service’s own terms apply to it, and you are responsible for your account with it.

We work to keep Atomix running and improving, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or retire features; when a change materially affects a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

You can stop using Atomix and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where we reasonably can.

To the extent the law allows, Snapverse Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, revenue or data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us — most problems are solved quickly that way.

When we change these terms, we update the date above. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect; using Atomix after that means you accept the new terms.
