Privacy policy

Atomix (atomixai.app) is operated by Snapverse Private Limited, a company registered in India. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Snapverse Private Limited is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

• Your account. When you sign in with Google or an email link: your email address, and your name and profile picture if Google shares them.
• What you ask Atomix to build. Your prompts and change requests, the products we generate for you (their code, content and settings), and a record of each build and change (when it ran, what it produced, whether it succeeded).
• Credits and payments. Your plan, your credit balance and its history. Payments are handled by Razorpay — we receive the payment reference and the plan you bought, never your card or bank details.
• Support. Messages you send us through the support chat.
• How the product is used. Basic events such as pages opened and builds started, sent only to our own servers. If you are signed out, these are grouped by a random identifier stored in your browser — not by who you are.
• Technical data. Your IP address and browser details in our servers’ logs, used to keep the service secure and working.

• To build, change, preview and publish your products.
• To run your account: sign-in, credits, plans and payments.
• To answer you when you contact us.
• To keep Atomix secure — for example limiting abuse and refusing harmful requests.
• To understand what works and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the companies that help us run Atomix — hosting, database, sign-in, payments and AI models — and only what each one needs, or when the law requires it.

The products you build are yours. When you connect a service of your own — for example your own Supabase project, a payment provider or an inbox — we store the access you grant securely and use it only to do what you asked. You can disconnect a service at any time. Data your own product’s visitors enter is stored in the database you connect, under your control.

Atomix keeps your sign-in session, your settings and copies of your products in your browser’s storage so the studio works and reopens where you left it. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We keep your account data and products for as long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law — such as payment and tax records. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing may mean we can no longer provide the service). Write to us at the address below and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Atomix is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, signed sessions, access limited to what each part of the service needs, and limits that guard against abuse. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will tell you before it takes effect.
